I am amazed that what appears to be an official publicity page for Puerto Plata has a page in "English" which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever and must have been translated using a very poor quality on line translater. I cannot believe that you do not have access to someone who could have correctly translated this for you so that English visitors to the site would be able to understand what has been written.
